Summary

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") set forth the terms on which RNA Designs d/b/a ShopRNA ("RNA") governs your access to and use of this website, any additional RNA web sites, and applications (combined, the "Site"). YOU SHOULD READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE AS THEY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING AN AGREEMENT TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES THAT MAY ARISE BETWEEN RNA AND YOU BY ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS INSTEAD OF BY CLASS ACTION OR A JURY TRIAL.

By visiting or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and that you agree to abide by the Terms, including the Privacy Policy and General Policies & Terms, each incorporated herein by reference, as updated from time to time. You must be the age of legal majority or older in your place of residence to use the Site. If you allow a minor to use your computer and/or Account, as defined below, to access the Site, you agree to supervise and be responsible for the minor’s actions. If at any time you no longer agree to be bound by these Terms, you should immediately cease use of this Site.

Privacy Policy Overview

In connection with the use of a specific website, application, or other interactive services (“Services”) provided by RNA, this privacy policy governs the personal information and other information of yours that we may collect and use. For example, as an RNA customer, you may be asked for information like your name, address, email address, or telephone number when making a purchase with us. We collect and use this personal information as set forth in this privacy policy.

The remainder of this privacy policy will provide you with details on the personal information we may collect from you and how we use it. It also discusses the options that you may have for how we can use your personal information and your rights with respect to accessing your personal information and/or having your personal information deleted.

To make reading easier we sometimes use short terms that have longer definitions or meanings so we have included a separate Appendix to describe those in more detail. RNA Designs (“RNA” or “we” or “us”) is deeply committed to the relationship of trust we have with you, our customer. Accordingly, your privacy is important to us. When we do collect your personal information, our goal is to use it to make your experience with us better—wherever that experience takes place—be it a physical store, an event, or online in the digital world. We also strive to be transparent about how we collect and use your personal information so you can make informed decisions and be in control of the information you share with us. For example, we do not sell your personal information to third parties and would never do so without your express permission. We are also committed to protecting the security of your personal information and in that regard, we use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Acceptable Use Of The Site & Services

You are responsible for your use of the Site, and for any use of the Site made using your account. Our goal is to create a positive, useful, and safe user experience for individual and non-commercial users. To promote this goal, we prohibit certain kinds of conduct that may be harmful to other users or to us. When you use the Site, you may not:

·       use any means to scrape or crawl any Web pages contained in the Site;

·       attempt to circumvent any technological measure implemented by us or any of our providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the Site;

·       attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software or other underlying code used to provide the Site;

·       use of the Site by commercial resellers or bulk purchasers; or

·       advocate, encourage or assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing.

Notice of Copyright or Trademark Infringement

RNA respects and honors the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on the Site in a way that constitutes infringement, please provide RNA with the following information: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material on the Site that is requested to be removed; (3) your name, address, and daytime telephone number, and an email address, so that RNA may contact you if necessary; (4) a statement that you have a good- faith belief that the use of the copyrighted work is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the signatory is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive copyright right that is allegedly infringed; and (6) an electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized on the owner's behalf to assert infringement of copyright and to submit the statement to sales@shoprna.com

Inventory Availability

An order confirmation email is not a guarantee of delivery, as all orders are subject to inventory availability. This means that from time to time our inventory information may be incorrect and we may be unable to fulfill your order as requested. We will always notify you as soon as we become aware that this may be the case.

Payment & Review

All orders placed with R&A Designs are subject to order verification and payment review, for the protection of cardholders. Customers must provide current contact information (phone and email) in order to facilitate this process, as well as provide the correct billing address from the payment account. The payment review process may cause a delay in the shipment of your order, so replying to requests for additional information quickly is important.

Order verification requests that do not receive a response will result in the cancelation of your order.
